We’re growing fast and expanding across Europe, and we’re looking for a Chief Product Officer (CPO) / Head of Product to help us lead the way. This is a unique opportunity to shape a product that directly improves care delivery, while building and scaling a world-class product organisation. You’ll work at the intersection of AI, product design, and real clinical impact — all from our home base in Amsterdam.

🔧 What you’ll be responsible for

• Defining and owning the product vision and roadmap, aligning it with our mission and commercial goals.
• Leading and mentoring our Product team.
• Working closely with Developers, Customer Success, Commercial, Operations and of course our customers to deliver solutions that delight users and meet market needs.
• Partnering with leadership to shape company strategy and OKRs.
• Translating feedback from clinicians and customers into actionable insights and features.
• Ensuring our product remains compliant, scalable, and secure as we grow across healthcare markets.

👀 What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in a senior product leadership role (CPO, VP Product, Head of Product), ideally in a fast-growing tech or SaaS company.
• A track record of building and scaling high-performing product teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking and the ability to zoom in on details when needed.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving environments.
• Strong user empathy and a passion for solving real-world problems.
• Experience in healthcare and/or HealthTech — or a strong affinity with the field — is a significant plus.

💡 Bonus points

• Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g. health, finance, legal tech).
• Experience building AI-driven or data-intensive products.
• European market experience, especially with EHRs or clinical workflows.
