๐ง What youโll be responsible for
- Developing, implementing, and optimising machine learning models.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to translate their needs into AI-driven solutions.
- Improving model accuracy, speed, and scalability of our speech recognition engine in the context of doctor-patient dialogues.
- Managing the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Monitoring and improving deployed models to ensure high performance and stability.
- Staying up-to-date with advancements in machine learning and health-tech, and bringing innovative solutions to the team.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ML models into Autoscriberโs platform, in a secure, scalable manner according to coding best practices.
๐ What weโre looking for
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in ML Engineering.
- Deep knowledge of the underlying principles of machine learning algorithms ย
- Keen interest in a highly developing field and proficiency in understanding and adopting new research,
- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role, working on production ready code
- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries.
- Experience with ML deployment pipelines (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with large-scale data processing and model optimisation for production systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in healthcare and/or HealthTech is a significant plus, or a strong affinity with the field and a desire to contribute to healthcare innovation.
