Have you been following our journey and wondered about how we operate? Our COO Danny opened up about his personal journey to implementing Holacracy at Autoscriber.

When I joined Autoscriber, I already knew about Holacracy. I’d seen it in action extensively during my time at Springest, and it completely shifted how I thought about organisational structure and leadership. 

So, when the time came to figure out how we could scale Autoscriber without losing agility or autonomy, I knew Holacracy was the way to go.

Holacracy isn’t just a system—it’s a mindset. It’s about giving people the freedom to own their roles while providing enough structure to keep everything moving forward. 

Here’s what we have seen: 

✅Decisions happen faster, 

✅ Accountability is crystal clear,

✅ The team feels more connected to the mission.

That’s not to say it’s been easy. Even with my prior experience, implementing Holacracy in a new organisation comes with its share of challenges: 

  • Old habits die hard, 
  • and it takes time for everyone to get comfortable with a system that asks for both autonomy and responsibility. 

But the results? 100% worth it.

Lean into the discomfort. And don’t underestimate the power of clear roles and open communication—it’s a game-changer.
